Schedule of services

1. Property Sale - We will act on your behalf right through the transaction up to the time that you take possession and even afterwards if you desire.

2. Project / Progress Management & Control - We will manage the building work progress on your behalf should you require this service. It may be that you will not be resident in the TRNC during the build programme, in this case we will ensure that you have full photographic progress reports and written build reports from a UK qualified construction engineer throughout the build process. This work will be controlled on your behalf through our UK office in London.

3. Legal Process/ Deeds etc. - We will provide you with a list of trusted TRNC based solicitors, and introduce you to the one of your choice. We will then liaise with them throughout the contract period on your behalf, making sure all legal documentation is in place before exchanging contracts.

4. After Sale Services - We will be on the ground and ready to help you through all the things that you will need to settle in the TRNC. We will help with electricity account, water supplies, pool cleaning services, landscape gardening services, furniture packages, car purchase and help you with any problems that you may encounter.
